This document forms the legal agreement between you and us regarding use of the ba999 platform. Please read it in full before registering as a member.

Definitions and Interpretation
The words and terms used in these terms and conditions have the following meanings:
- "ba999" or "Platform" refers to the ba999-bet.cam website and its associated mobile applications.
- "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on ba999 who uses the platform's services.
- "Account" refers to the personal digital profile created for each member upon registration.
- "Deposit" refers to the process of adding funds to a member's account.
- "Withdrawal" refers to the process of taking funds out of an account.
- "Bonus" refers to any financial benefit or reward granted by ba999.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Services" refers to all casino gaming, sports betting, and other entertainment activities provided through the ba999 website and app.
In this document, "we", "our", or "ba999" are used interchangeably. "You" or "Member" refers to the user of the platform.
Membership and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register as a member on ba999, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ba999 may request supporting documents to verify age at any time, and if false information is found, the account will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in suspension of all related accounts and cancellation of any earned bonuses.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, members must provide their full name, mobile number, and all other required information accurately. ba999 reserves the right to restrict or close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. If any details change, members should notify us through support.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure security, ba999 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This may require submission of a national identity card or other government-issued document. Withdrawal facilities may be suspended until verification is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
Your account login details — username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing this information with or allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify ba999 support immediately.
3.2 Balance and Transactions
A member's account balance is always displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transaction history can be checked from within the account. If any discrepancy is noticed, please notify support within 24 hours.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction or login activity for an extended period. Support can be contacted to reactivate an inactive account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on ba999 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Deposits must always be made from the member's own registered mobile or bank account.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. Accepted withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Funds will only be sent to the same account that was used for the deposit.
4.3 Bonuses and Wagering
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, the welcome bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered 15 times. As an example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
ba999 does not accept payments made in the name of a third party. If a transaction is identified as coming from a third-party account, that transaction may be cancelled and the related account may be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳10,200 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.
5.2 Weekly Reload Bonus
ba999's weekly reload bonus offers a 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, with an 18x wagering requirement. It can be claimed once per week and applies only to registered members.
5.3 Slots Festival Bonus
ba999's Slots Festival bonus offers a 75% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. It can only be claimed after depositing for slot games and is available once per week.
5.4 Other Promotions
ba999's birthday special gift offers up to ৳2,000 (10x wagering) — available once a year for verified account holders. The Refer a Friend reward offers up to ৳3,000 per successful referral (12x wagering). ba999's weekend cricket bonus offers 60% of the deposit amount, up to ৳6,000 (15x wagering) — applicable only to cricket markets on weekends.
5.5 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses carry no direct cash value — wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- ba999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Bonuses must be used for personal entertainment only; any bonus strategy or misuse is subject to penalty.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and the member's VIP level. Placing a bet outside the set limits is not possible.
6.2 Finality of Game Results
Once a game or bet result is confirmed on the server, it is considered final. If a result is unclear due to a technical error, ba999 reserves the right to investigate and make a determination.
6.3 Sports Betting
The applicable rules for cricket, football, and other event betting markets are stated on the specific event page. If a match is cancelled or postponed, settlement will be carried out in accordance with ba999's own sports betting policy.
6.4 Live Casino
When participating in live casino games, the individual game rules of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other live studios apply. In the event of a disconnection, the last confirmed action will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba999:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Accessing another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
- Any form of match-fixing, fraud, or deceptive transactions.
- Using funds from illegal sources for transactions.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the ba999 system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding or conspiring against other members.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of winnings and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure
10.1 At the Member's Request
Any member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting support. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.
10.2 Closure by ba999
ba999 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- For violating the terms and conditions.
- For registering with false information.
- If evidence of fraud or cheating is found.
- For failing age verification.
- After a set period of account inactivity.
10.3 Refunds After Closure
For accounts closed by ba999 for valid reasons, earnings from bonuses may be forfeited. However, the member's own deposited funds (within the rules) will be reviewed for a possible refund.
Limits of Liability
ba999 aims to provide uninterrupted service, but does not accept liability for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party platforms.
ba999 is not liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by internet connection problems.
- If login credentials are leaked due to the member's own negligence.
- Issues caused by game provider software.
- Delays or failures by external payment providers.
- Financial losses resulting from the member's own betting decisions.
